6.1.1. The consultation services provided, PDF reports, e-books is not returnable. However, we will be able to provide correction for free of charge.
6.1.2. The physical item such as rosary or other ceremonial product can be replaceable if you find the product broken or any other physical damage. We request you to kindly check the item carefully when you receive it. We recommend you to contact us immediately using the contact details available on our Contact Us page.
6.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and process your return.
