Navnidhi Life Solutions is the controller for the processing of your personal data when you visit our website. As a data controller, we process your personal data in a secure manner.
Navnidhi Life Solutions collects data and information about you from its website www.navidhi.org. We call this ‘personal data’. We understand the protection of your personal data is very important and we keep it well protected. We comply with applicable laws and regulations in the field of privacy, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter we abbreviate this as ‘GDPR’).
What data do we collect?
We ensure that our customer’s payment and personal data is well-protected. We do not publish our customer’s data anywhere. But we can use our customer data as provided to us in iDeal profile, taking on the role of Data Controller under the GDPR.
Our Company collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
- Date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth details to create your Vedic Horoscope Report during consultation. We also use this data to create your personalized horoscope report that you order from our us online at www.navnidhi.org
- Your payment information from Payment Gateway when you place online order with us on our website.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

- During your Horoscope making & Consultation session.
- We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company when you place online order with us.
How will we use your data?

How do we store your data?

- The tax authorities require us to keep our administration with your invoice, payment and order details for 7 years. After that, we only use anonymous data for internal reporting. You must also keep the invoices for your purchases.

- When paying for orders in the online store, you have the option to first register for a personal user account. You will then have to provide information about yourself and choose a username. - For a user account, you are not obliged to provide all the personal data above. Providing a valid email address, password, first and last name, salutation, zip code, house number and telephone number is mandatory. You can always adjust the personal data you provide in your account settings.
- We retain your shopping history and use details of the products you have previously purchased to make suggestions to you for other products which we believe you will also be interested in.
- We retain and evaluate information on your recent visits to our website and how you move around different sections of our website for analytics purposes to understand how people use our website so that we can make it more intuitive.
- We keep a record of the articles on our website that you have clicked on and use that information to target advertising on this website to you that is relevant to your interests, which we have identified based on articles you have read.
